My nan was the most kind caring selfless person i have ever known. Always put others before her self. My nan loved barbara streisand and freddie mercury. She always use to make fairy cakes and lemon meringue pie. I remember when i was little the sunday before christmas the whole family used to get together and my nan used to sit all the grandchildren along the top of the sofa and take pictures, us kids used to argue who was sitting where haha, but we were the reson my nun exsisted. I miss my nan every second of every day. Nanny now uncle john is with you ur no longer alone. Take care of each other untill we meet again xx

First time I heard my nanny swear!!!

My nan was always a polite women and this one particular day she was given a pot of medication from the nurse and she looked into this pot and saw how many tablets there were and she looked up at me and said “ ooo F**k me” I was 20 years old and I had never hear my nanny swear we just both started laughing. Now to many that might not mean anything but to me it’ was one of the last funny memory we both shared and laughed about… xx
