Thought Of The Day

A broken heart leads to a broken you, words mean nothing,
At these times it feels like there is  nothing you can do.
Make yourself a promise to heal that broken heart.
Why not make tomorrow the beginning of a brand new start.

Please don’t ask me how I am, don’t tell me there in a better place for you no not as you haven’t been. Just listen to my feelings.
Then there’s no need to ask me how I am as you will surely know.

One of life’s lessons is always to move on.
It’s okay to look back but always remember where you’re from. 

Each day I Live in hope of another time for me and you and in that moment you’re still with me and there is as always in my mind – me and you.

I stood on the beach where the tide regularly ebbs and flows.
I pondered for a while and took a deep breath and enjoyed the view,
It made for a silent conversation between me and the past you.

What’s done is done, that moment in time has gone.
It’s OK to look back and learn from what’s gone but you must always look forward and move on.
