Thought Of The Day

I thought of you briefly for a while today,
Just like I did the day before.
So, much has changed as each day has gone by.
But not the memory of you or the influence you had on me.

Success comes in many things,
To achieve what you’ve set out to do makes for the better you.

To share those special moments in time.
With that one true love. are the most precious special things that life can bring.
Treasure those moments, for it’s a gift.

We all have that gift,
A special something,
That something that makes you.
To find that gift within you is sometimes the most difficult thing,
A task that you will ever do.

You came to see me yesterday. I cried just as I did the day before.

The tears rolled, then  in my mind our time together came  before me just like in a movie you know that one on the big screen. Our story was there to behold. Tomorrow will be the same the scenes just like today will  unfold before me and the memory will remain.

Grateful we are and grateful we shall be, of all those better times which sometimes seem but a distant memory, as in the past you will always be.
